Music Man’s technicians are members of National Association of Professional Band Instrument Repair Technicians with over 50 Years of Repair Experience. As highly trained technicians they offer superior knowledge and efficiency allowing repairs to be completed quickly.
Our full-time on-site repair facility allows us to repair and maintain your instrument quickly and professionally without your instrument having to be shipped away.
Our Educational Representatives visit schools weekly to ensure the needs of the parents, students and teachers are met. When you need a repair, contact us and we will pick up and deliver your instrument back to the school.
All Music Man Customers can receive a complimentary Loaner while your instrument is being repaired.
Music Man Customers receive free Estimates for all needed repairs.

(NAPBIRT) was founded in 1976 by a small group of technicians who realized the need for communication and the free exchange of information within their trade. The mission of the National Association of Professional Band Instrument Repair Technicians is to promote the highest possible standards of musical instrument repair service by providing members with a central agency for the exchange of information and continued education through the administration of programs that benefit its membership.

For a nominal amount, in the event your rental or Music Man Intermediate or Professional instrument needs repair we will repair the instrument at no charge to you. If we can’t repair the instrument, we will replace it at no charge. If your instrument is stolen, we will replace it at no charge.
